The focus is on practical exercises for everyday training. Opportunities and barriers in dealing with intercultural teams are reflected upon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emphasis can be placed on the following contents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Intercultural competence in sport<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The group reflects on opportunities and problems in working with intercultural teams:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What happens when children from different backgrounds play sport together?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What role do coaches play in integration processes?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What resources and methods are available to me as a trainer?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The seminar offers assistance with topics such as team building, language barriers, eating habits, physicality and conflict resolution. Participants learn methods and approaches that promote joint activity among children and young people. The participants increase their knowledge about diversity and expand their practical repertoire of actions through interactive games and exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Anti-discrimination<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Teaching important terms (racism, discrimination, prejudice, stereotypes, refugee, migrant, homophobia etc.) and giving examples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Homophobia and LGBTQ+<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, the participants are introduced to the contents of homophobia and gender. The aim is to promote diversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Movement methods and games<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Exercises from everyday training are linked with content here.
