Different Jerseys, Same Team presents the experiences, methodologies and lessons learned from the Erasmus+ project Sport Zajedno – Promoting Social Inclusion and Reconciliation through Grassroots Youth Sport. Implemented by partner organisations across the Western Balkans and the European Union, the project explored how grassroots sport can contribute to social inclusion, gender equality and intercultural dialogue among young people.
The publication documents key project activities, reflections from practitioners and concrete approaches for organising inclusive sport initiatives. It also provides practical guidance for sport clubs, youth organisations and civil society actors interested in using sport as a tool for community building and social change. By sharing these experiences and resources, Different Jerseys, Same Team aims to support further initiatives that promote inclusive and socially responsible sport across Europe.
